Account & Data Deletion
Your privacy and data control are our top priorities.
Note on Deletion: Deleting your Nuvi account permanently erases your personal profile, nutrition targets, uploaded meal photos, daily food diary history, and weight logs. All data is scheduled for permanent erasure within a 7-day grace period.
Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Fastest)
If you currently have the Nuvi app (App Identifier: com.nuvi.app) installed on your iPhone or Android device, you can delete your account instantly:
- Open the Nuvi app on your device.
- Go to the Profile or Settings tab from the bottom navigation.
- Scroll down and tap Account & Security.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Your account credentials and saved logs are immediately scheduled for permanent erasure.
Option 2: Direct Email Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your phone, you can request permanent account deletion by sending an email directly to our support team. We will verify your email and complete the deletion within 7 calendar days in compliance with Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and international privacy standards.
